Why either of my two columns template work?

Well, I’ve tried everything and none of the templates I’ve chose which contains two columns or more don’t seem to work.

I have already upgraded to 2.0.2 and I don’t know what else to do ??
(just for the records, I’m rubbish on this thing anyway).
