I have seen many posts about this issue, most for previous versions and the only real solution has been to set folder permissions via FTP to 777, which I’ve researched and discovered that makes it unsecure, so that shouldn’t be a solution.

Could this be because I’m trying to upload the file while on wifi at a hotel?
