Keep links/do not strip html

    scuse – ill write this again using the code insert.

    $rcstthec = strip_tags($rcsample);
    when i add , '<a>' like so:
    $rcstthec = strip_tags($rcsample, '<a>');

    i get the links working, BUT then the excerpt doesnt show up.??
    Anyone have any ideas/fixes?
