Unable to display the full toc

Could you give me a link (or send me the html) of a page that doesn’t have everything. I had a quick check of the site but not really sure what to look for.

I’ve downgraded the plugin to version 1211. It works fine after that. Do let me know if the upgraded version is compatible WordPress Version 3.5.1.

Thanks for the links. I copied the HTML and managed to sort out the problem which was introduced in 1303. I have now released 1303.1 to fix this so please give it a try.

Btw – I use 3.5.1 both single and network modes.
