Published Pages aren't showing in the Navigation Bar

    I am using the SPA SALON theme I got at Themeforest. I have been able to upload pages to the navigation bar up until today when I logged in. I created a “Contact Us” page, published it and I can preview it (looks more like a post rather than a Page Title). It shows the page (In Preview) but won’t show the title “Contact Us” in the navigation bar. Then when I go to the website directly it isn’t there at all. I tried the direct link https://www.goldenglow.com/contact-us/ and I see a “404 Not Found” error page.

    Any help would be much appreciated! I am at my witts end as I’ve had many problems so far. UGH!

    Oh and after reading other posts on here about this issue I tried going to settings and changing the permalink to the default setting but that didn’t work either…
