Changed URL without moving files

  • Please help!

    I am a TOTAL rookie and barley geting by here. I was folling these directions to try and change my site URL and changed my site URL (in the General tab) from shancait.com to shancait.com/home and did not move any files. I have no idea where my files are to begin with, or how to move them (i think this is waaaay to advance for me) so now I would just like to change my url back to: shancait.com

    Now, my site reads:

    “The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    I would just like to deleted the “/home” part and change it back but I cannot even get into my dashboard to do so!!! I know this is probably simple for you guys but I really don’t know much about this and will be pretty detailed instructions.
