    Are you getting any error messages when the encodes fail?

    The plugin can convert anything your installation of FFMPEG can use as an input. It’s not limited by .mov or .avi but it is limited by the codecs you could use in .mov or .avi files.

    Can you give me a link to a video that doesn’t show the encode button?
