Change logo or not?

Usually I don’t pop in with questions but this has been bothering me a while now; I run a movietrailer site and I kept the overall color in B/W since every movie thumbnail has various colors of its own. Now the logo was a tryout I made but I am still not sure. So I ask you to take a look if you will and maybe anyone here has a better suggestion. In all fairness I have to say I suck at making logos!:)
