    Thank you for the link.

The dynamic gallery works a treat on almost 35,000 sites and on the Wootique theme – I just installed Wootique theme on our demo site to check it for you – see here.

You have a plugin installed that is causing a a javascropt error and that is stopping the gallery Javascript from running and hence it can’t show the images. Find and deactivate the plugin that is causing the Javascript error and Dynamic gallery and any other plugin you use that requires Javascript to function will work fine for you.

Here is the error that is visible in firebug from the page you linked to

    Timestamp: 3/20/13 12:43:53 PM
Error: TypeError: jQuery(…).superfish is not a function
    Source File: https://shop.riderprofiles.net/wp-content/themes/wootique/includes/js/superfish.js?ver=3.5.1

    Source File: https://shop.riderprofiles.net/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/frontend/add-to-cart.min.js?ver=2.0.4

Please post which plugin is is when you find it so other will know. Thank you.

    Nailed it!

Amazing suppert steve, many thanks. The conflicting plug-in is “Nivo Slider for WordPress”. I’ve deactivated it on the network and will have to activate one site at a time but at least the dynamic gallery is working now.

    Thanks again

    Hi Joe

Thank you for letting me know.

I see that Nivo Slider for WordPress plugin has not been updated in the last 19 months Last Updated: 2011-8-14 In that time WordPress has had many updates including v3.5 and WooCommerce like wise – I would not be using any plugin that was not regularly updated – just asking for trouble. – All the best with your site.

I am marking this support thread as ‘resolved’
