Changing the colour of text?

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way that I could go directly to a location in the HTML editor and change the colour of my text so that it would change on all my pages?

This has been such a slow and painful process getting to where I am now and I still don’t feel like I’m getting anywhere.

I’ve asked for help but it seems on a number of posts that no one’s interested. my site is a pilotfish theme and I am really trying to stick to editing it in the bare basics but I am a beginner.

Anyone willing to help me out with this site would be very kind indeed!

I’ve tried to change the hover over colour on the menu to blue but its showing up in Internet explorer as blue but yellow in firefox which is confusing the hell out of me.

please a help a girl out! ?? pleeeease! ??
