Saving shipping method problem

Hi,
I speak very low english.
My error is:
I have 2 shipping method:
Free and Pay (ex: 7€)
If I select one, the selection dont work, dont save, the recalculate of the price work but if I make the order I choose free appear the pay method…
After the order done the shipping method is always the first… Never save the option…Dont save correcly the method of shipping… anyone know the solution?
