website all messed up after changing wordpress & site address in general setting

I was in the general settings section and changed wordpress address and site address URL. Now I can’t do anything in the dashboard. If I click on the site tabs (posts, pages, tools, appearance, etc.) it redirects me to the website which is now complete unformated and screwed up. The website is ntizuchi.com if you can take a look. Not exactly sure what I did or how to get the tabs in the dashboard to be responsive and for the website to look normal again.
