Hi. I am just about to activate and look at this plugin.

Can you tell me if I can do the following?

provide my own template
enable someway for the user’s name to populate certificate
relax any thresholds or it up in a way where I can just award the cert?

Basically, I’m trying to offer a certificate for becoming a paying member through a paywall. thanks!
