Post Table of Contents in Sidebar

It seems that there is a plugin available for this, but I can’t find anywhere to download it… :/

It lists the contents of the post like I need… but I can’t get it to work in the sidebar…

CG-Pagename (part of my CG-PowerPack) can do something like that. It requires that you embed the page names into the nextpage tags, like <!--nextpage:And Then...-->. If you look at my site, I use it for the TOC-style nav on long articles (look at the Reviews).
