• hey. great plugin. really awesome.
i’m just wondering if there’s a way to keep the wp members custom fields, which i set a required during registry, as mandatory later. same as the email and nickname. so that members, when they adjust their profile still have to provide some info. i know that i can add last_name, user_url etc in the wp user.php, however i don’t seem to be able to add the custom meta fields. any idea?
    thanks

I’m not 100% sure I understand your question.

Fields set as required are required for the plugin’s front-side registration and when a user updates their info.

So, are we only talking about on the user profile page (i.e. back-end)?

Hey Chad. once again. amazing plugin. thanks a lot for the development!

Yes. i’m using Front End Users plugin to allow my members to change their profile after registration. But also in the backend the user can change /delete the previously provided information.
I don’t mind updating the information but want the fields to remain required.
does this somewhat clarify my question? thanks again
