(WooCommerce) Shipping based on items in cart

  • I am really not wanting to pay the $99 for the woocommerce extension for a client to deal with table rate shipping.

    All my client needs is:
    1-5 items in the cart – Flat Rate
    6 & over – Free

    Dont think it should be that hard to do this without paying $99 to WooThemes, call me crazy.
