    I have changed the data associated to both site IDs, and you should get your Stats and subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.

    Let me know if you still experience issues!

    I truly apologize for this, but as it turns out, our institution has decided to change the URL for all our sites in between the time I last activated Jetpack and now. This means that by deactivating the plugin and reactivating it, I’ve been assigned a new ID for the blog, which is 48445971.

    Would it be possible to transfer the items to that ID?

    Could you start by disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com? Let me know once it’s done, and I will transfer the Stats once again.

    I’ve disconnected and reconnected the site from Jetpack, but do not yet see the stats and subscribers prior to today.

    Hi I have same issue, but a bit different, I disconnected and reconnected jetpack on the same site, and lost all the data… Stats/subscribers… Can you help, site url is decodeingress.me and new Jetpack ID is 48495959

    I don’t know the old one…
