Re-ordering issues with bbpress replies

    I’m using your wonderful plugin for threaded replies. I am however finding that if i go in and change the order of the reply loop in bbpress that I’m getting multiple entries showing up. Is it possible to achieve the following:
    List of replies that are ordered newest (at the top) to oldest and allow threaded comments as well.
    Any help is appreciated.
