Issues go unresolved for months on end..

It took a while, but all of these issues have been resolved.

The Photo tagging plugin isn’t working properly. I reported this issue before buying as I spotted the issue on their demo site. Instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told that it might have been a temporary issue on my part. I guess their plugins have temporary issues that just magically fix themselves over time.

There is a Gnarly error message that appears whenever someone tries to edit the title of an image.

A month later, still broken.

I saved the best for last. I reported this issue 3 or 4 months ago.

Videos are not responsive on mobile. A basic function is missing from a plugin designed to upload and display media files.

I think the support for this product is in need of improvement. Nothing ever seems to get fixed, just kicked down the road.

Overall it’s a good plugin. In my opinion RTMedia is not well supported or maintained.
