Store Menu Layout is messed up

We are very new to WordPress and recently started working on an online store with Rustik theme.

This was the original store page of our website but the products and categories were not properly displayed on screen so we created a new page called “store” and started working on it from the beginning again.
However, the same issue appeared and menus and categories are not visible as it should be.

What should be done to fix the issues?
Sorry, we are very new to this and don’t know where to start. :/
