Home Page has lost posts but they are still in wordpress

    Hi
    Home page used not to have an actual page on the menu and had a number of posts, since activating jetpack my Home Page is now on the menu and all my posts missing from it?
    A new Blog tab has appeared which I did not do

    My site is https://www.hifiideas.com

    I need to get my posts which are still in Dashboard back to the home page and the home page back as it was not part of the menu?

    Is there a way of resetting everything to earlier today? or simply getting my posts to show again, desperate for help!
