looks like any of your plugin there generating a new line char ( \n\r ) always, which is messing with file content. Try deactivating other plugin one after another. then try to download.

Thank you, I’ll try on another site with a small number of plugins, I checked and I have the same problem there also.

There is ONLY one active plugin, Download Manager.
The files are also corrupted.

I’ve also tried with the plugin files you have modified and same result, corrupted file.

Both sites have only one thing in common, the wordpress theme, Suffusion.

Indeed, I replaced the theme with “Twenty Twelve” and everything works fine, no errors, no corrupted files.

So, I don’t want to replace “Suffusion”, it’s a very good theme, almost 1 milion people installed it.

What’s to be done?

Download Manager on a fresh Suffusion site works fine, no incompatibility between the plugin and Suffusion.
It’s all my fault, I’ve modified some of the Suffusion files. Sorry.
