Too many redirects

    I have installed wordpress in my localhost using XAMP….
    sucessfully activated MU (directory) and created a site called news

    but when ever i try to access my news site i get home page with

    https://localhost/ubdtce/news/wp-includes/css/admin-bar.min.css?ver=3.5.1 – stylesheet

    i don’t know why it has included news in between it……

    and when i try to acess https://localhost/ubdtce/news/wp-admin/ an error

    Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.

    I am not good in PHP
    Plz anybody help me with this
