For the last few months my blog subscriber number has stayed static. Each day I get an average of 5 emails stating that new followers have subscribed but this has no impact on the number in my dashboard. Does anyone know what may be going on? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Are you using JetPack for stats? If so, see the JetPack page here:

If that doesn’t answer or solve the problem, you can post on the JetPack subforum here:

I was facing the same problem until a few days ago in my cricket blog. But now I have solved the problem. In my case the problem was due to the cache of W3 Total Cache and Cloudflare cache. Clearing the cache in Cloudflare as well as W3 Total Cache solved the issue for me.

Thank you for your help. I went and changed the WP Super Cache Settings. I will see if that works. Also going to head over to the Jet Pack page because I am using that. I’m just not convinced that I fixed it with changing the cache settings because they looked like they were set appropriately.

    Resolved.

Is it resolved when you cleared the cache or you followed some other procedure?

Nekib, I’m actually not sure how it was fixed because I paid for a guided transfer and a happiness engineer helped. Apparently my subscribers were still associated with my old wordpress.com blog and needed to be moved over. Sorry I’m not more helpful!
