Not eazy to add Subfolders in the Admin

Hello,
I found it very difficult to stay focused when I add Subfolders in the admin area. Hope this helps you to make it more user friendly.
Issue1: When I click to Add Subfolders link ( which take me to a new page to enter the name and the details) there is no way to see if I’m under the Parent Folder ( the folder Path is empty).
Issue2: On the new-Subfolder page why there is a way to add sub-Subfolder if I haven’t created/published the first-Subfolder.
