getting warning message – not able to login

  • I am getting warning messages when I login (not able to login).
    basically I installed a plugin that allows to add an image banner to my blog and this is the error I am getting.

    Using FTP or whatever file management tools your host provided you with navigate to the wp-content/plugins and delete the custom-ads-sidebar directory. Just that one custom-ads-sidebar and nothing else.

    That should let you get into your WordPress dashboard.

    Keep in mind that it may not be that plugin (it could as that has happened before) and you should check your wp-config.php file too as a precaution.

    Or you could try editing /home/cri8bat/public_html/greencoffebeanmax.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/custom-ads-sidebar/custom-ads-sidebar.php

    Make sure the file starts with <?php (there should be NO blank lines / spaces before the opening PHP tag.)
