    Hi there,

I am having big problems with my wordpress site. I purchased a theme and installed it. (I have three different sites and three different wordpress installations. Two are working great but I am experiencing problems with this third one).

When I preview my theme being logged-in, all seem to be working fine. But when I log out and browse to the page, no changes are shown.

So far I have tried all kind of things but nothing seem to be working.

I have contacted the theme support, and all they can tell me is that it is a caching issue. They say if it is not my browsers it must be the cache on the provider’s server. But when I access the page from a different connection (I have tried from two different countries now) nothing seem to change.

I have cleared the cache both on firefox and safari, but had no results. I have tried to reinstall the theme several times, but that has not worked wither. I have tried to reinstall wordpress but that doesn’ work either.

Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem might be?

    Many thanks.

it must be the cache on the provider’s server.

Do you have caching on the site? Or your hosts servers?

Hi there, thanks for the reply.

The thing is that I am getting this problem only for one of three sites I am running on WordPress. The threes sites are all on the same web host.

When you say provider’s server, do you refer to the internet service provider? I am asking this because I begun having this problem in one country and now I am in another country, using a totally different internet service provider.

    I am really puzzled…

I would greatly apreciate any further suggestion.

    thanks a lot.

Have you tried clearing that cache?

I meant the hosting company who owns/runs the server where the site is located. It does seem strange if your other sites there are okay. Still, they may not be on the same physical servers. Have you asked the hosting company? Or tried deactivating all your plugins and switching to the default theme just as a troubleshooting step? Or tried from a different computer?

Which plugin are you using to cache the page?
