• The application doesn’t not backup installed plugins. There are several folders in WP that hold plugin information. For example there is a folder in wp-content called “plugins”. If you do a backup, this information is not copied. I ticked the “installed plugins list” option in case this had anything to do with it.

    I also asked it to email me after running the backup and it couldn’t that.

  • For me, the option to backup plugins is disabled by default. Look under the FILES tab and you’ll see it. It’s the only one not checked (on my installs of it).

    I am, however, having issues where some plugins’ data isn’t being restored.

    Thanx for your response Shucker. I must say I didn’t notice that there was an option to backup plugins. More than likely, that was the problem and I’ll give this backup plugin another try. Still having issues with the email side of things. Maybe it’s something to do with Gmail.
