What is your favorite gallery plugin?

  • I am about to add a image gallery to my page, but there are so many that I can’t pick which one is best. Does anybody have a favorite? (maybe one that allows captions?)

  • I particularly like the plugin here on the WP codex called “Lazyest Gallery”. It allows me to write captions if desired, it was easy to set up, and works great. You can see my site at https://subsurfacephoto.com to see it in action.

    i could never find one to do what i wanted it to do so i just made my own using a combination of template files and style sheet…

    Yes, I’d be interested in that one too. I have a similar but less elaborate solution currently, as I never got any of the plugins to work properly.
