Submit ticket – redirect to tickets page

    After a user submits a ticket, I want to direct them to their personal tickets page (must be a member to submit a ticket).

    Right now, they are left on the Submit Ticket page. It says “Your ticket has been created” at the top of the page, but the form to submit a ticket is below that.

  • I am having problems with my email address on my wp profile page. There are a bunch of random letters and numbers where the email address should be. I didn’t put this information there, and when I try to correct it, there is a message at the top of the page that says “email address not correct”. Underneath the email address says “pending change of your email.” The pending email is the correct email that was removed and replaced whith the letters and numbers. I have tried to correct this and update my info several times, and the same messages appear. How can I corrrect this?
