Last x Topics on static main page

  • I have a static main page and I want to display the titles of the last 15 or so topics, like you can do with forum topics for bbpress: [bbp-topic-index]

    What is the best way to do this? I’ve seen a couple of plugins that offer lots of options, but I was wondering if there is a short code built in with just the basics.

  • there is no default shortcode for that
    – it is possibly the best if you persevere with the plugins and choose one that suits your design best.

    Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on a plugin? I’m using the latest WP, BuddyPress and bbPress and would love suggestions from people who are using one of the plugins.
