I’ll start by saying I’m new to WordPress and the concept of html and css.

I’m trying to change the font of the page names when they’re displayed after the user clicks on them. The name of the page I’m trying to change is ‘Biography’. You notice it displays on the left side of the screen when you’re in the page.

Is there an easy way for me (a newbie) to find the ID or class selector of that element – the word ‘Biography’? Hopefully, once someone shows me, I can understand it more.
