Hi I recently started using Optin Revolution and the plugin seems to work fine. I make use of Mailchimp to manage my subscriptions. The connection between the plugin and Mailchimp also seems to work because it takes me to a page to complete the rest of the details I specified in my Mailchimp Signup form. However, I do not receive the opt-in confirmation e-mail that is supposed to be sent to me from mailchimp. Therefore the signup process cannot be completed.
    What could be the problem?

I tested your form. Cool looking form! You have First Name and Last Name in Mailchimp as must be completed. Change this in Mailchimp to having only the email address is required and it will complete the submission.

Thanks. I will do that for now, however I would like to get my subscribers’ name and surname. Is there a way I can add it to the popup form?

@sdleader at the moment for Mailchimp there is only the email field. We will be adding frist name and last name to all providers, I can’t provide an exact time frame for the release of this at the moment but it will be soon.
