URI’s being bothched

  • I would really REALLY love it if WP didn’t a) seem to remove the first = from links posted in the comments section. I’m not sure why it does that, but if you take a look here you’ll see that Bj?rns URI is botched. and b) if it would automagically take long URI’s and make then short, like so: https://binarybonsai.com/…n-contracts/

    first one is an old demand and maybe it was fixed in a nightly. Not sure though.
    i had like to have the second one. Most of the forum software has this capability…

    Yes, the bug about ‘id=’ being removed from URIs has been fixed in CVS.
