I get an error when I try to load the Feature Image

The uploaded file could not be moved to /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/03.I also am getting this error:
https://localhost:8888/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/Not Found
The requested URL /wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/ was not found on this localhost server.
