Changes in taxonomy are not propagated

    When I deselect terms of a certain taxonomy for a post, those terms aren’t deselected for linked posts.

    1. Open the view for creating a new post.
    2. Select some terms.
    3. Propagate the post to some sites.
    4. Save the post.
    5. Edit the post
    6. Deselect some terms.
    7. View the post at any site propagated to. Note that the terms are still selected.

    It seems like the problem only occurs when deselecting all terms, not only some.
