• Hi,

    We have the pro edition running on two sites both of which have an identical setup apart from the number of locations added. The affected version has over 120 locations whereas the site which is working fine has less than 60.

    The issue occurs when attempting to update the search within a wider radius. ie. if a postcode is entered and a 25 radius initially selected, the search works fine. However when the radius dropdown is change to a wider radius nothing happens.

    Is this a known bug and if not could you shed some light on how best to debug this.

    Use a dev tool in your browser and look at the JSON data being sent under the Network tab. That will show you the radius being sent.

    BTW, Google had me spinning my wheels for a week or more when my automated testing was failing. My test box was returning 3 results instead of 4, which made the test fail.

    Turns out Google tweaked their geocoding algorithm which meant my “center point” (address I enter to search from) was slightly different. That put locations that USED to be in the search radius OUTSIDE the search radius.

    Make sure both sites are using the same version of SLP and that the data sets are similar (preferably identical) and your search entries are identical.

    Still having the same issue unfortunately. When I attempt to recode locations I’m seeing either

    Google thinks XXXXXX is at lat: (blank lat & lng)

    or else

    Could not set the latitude and/or longitude , The latitude XX and longitude XX did not change.

    Can you share some test addresses?
