Is it possible to convert/import an html form in types

    I have a html form that I am currently working on bringing into wordpress fr posts. My problems comes because a few of the selection fields in this form have 500 plus options and I don’t want to take the time to add each manually into fields.

    I tried exporting what i currently had done in hopes that i could easily replicated the pattern, but i dont undersand where “db47b30d13a16c9787f86cec50abda00-1” comes from.
