    Hi there,
I have tried to create a wordpress site to match my html website and in Firefox/Chrome at full wide-screen size it more or less works. It is a child theme of the Twenty Twelve template.
    Blog: blog.theayurvedapractice.com
    Website: https://www.theayurvedapractice.com
I have put the widget area on the left and main content on the right. When the browser is at full width, it works fine. When I make the browseer window smaller (or God forbid, look at the website on a phone), the widget area is pushed to the bottom.
What can I do to get round this? I am fairly new to this and not very technical so any simple advice would be really appreciated.
    Many thanks,
    Kate
p.s. it is nowhere near ready in IE yet, I am working on Firefox/Chrome first and then will tackle IE and mobile devices…One step at a time!
