Can't click on Chat box

    I paid for the WP Live Chat Support Pro about a week ago however the chat box isn’t working- you can’t click on it- i have emailed them directly however i have had no response. You can see the chat box when you close my sales boom bar from the bottom of my web page equinestaff.com.au however it wont let you click on it. Any help would be great. Thank you

    Where did you purchase it from? That’s probably where you should seek support. This plugin has not been updated in over 2 years and may not be the one you are using.

    The pro support isn’t supported here. If you have questions about the free version here then you’ve posted in the wrong plugin forum.

    Hi Jan, yes i understand that, i just haven’t heard from them in over a week so i thought i would see if anyone else had the same problems. Thanks anyway.

    Ive asked a pre sales question a few times over the past couple of weeks and have had no response so assume this plugin and the pro one is dead. The plugin is noted as not having been upgraded for a long time.
