Many separate shipping options

    Here is my issue:
    I am a newbie here, so please be gentle.lol I need to have a shipping module/plugin that can let me configure many different shipping parameters.(one category – $250 and over,free ship. Another is $150 and over free ship) Is there one out there that lets the user configure per category? I have thousands of products…so this is really important. Please help!

    sorry…forgot to mention I am using

    WP Version 3.5.1
    WP e-commerce Version 3.8.9.5
