This plugin comes very close to what I need. I’m trying to use it to support online voting on issues or election of personnel. It has to username log, and allow me to restrict to one vote per user, per poll question. So far so good. What I haven’t been able to do is tell it not to display results until the poll is closed and displayed via archive. If there were a separate template for archive display and open poll real time results display, that would address my need. I’ve seen many other support forum requests for something similar. That one change would address that need for so many.

Solved it. JavaScript within the template runs an if statement testing for the URL. If it’s on the results page, display the included variables (poll bar, results percentage, etc). If not, no results.

    Hello,
You can use ‘wp-elections” worpdress plugin:
    https://www.wp-elections.com/
It’s useful. You can create and run your own election campaign which is much easier to use and more professional.
