This form works perfectly in Chrome (test and real email are going out without any problems). If i use Safari or Firefox browser, it sends the test email without problem as well, but the real email from the real form it doesn’t send, nothing happens on SEND, it just refreshes the page with an empty form. what can be done about fixing this?
Settings are set to: Send Email using WordPress. thanks for any advise.

i spoke to a hosting provider (mediatemple) they said this has nothing to do with them.

Ok i think i understand where the problem comes from, but cant fix this without an advice. I just tested this exact site setup with its exact theme and plugins installed at hostgator, and it works there with no problems in all browsers, the only difference i have at mediatemple, are our email addresses (A and/or MX records)that set outside of our hosting. It looks like for some reason this is fine for Chrome, but not fine for IE, Firefox and Safari browsers. help!

Ok solved! took me all day, but yay! if you are running total caches plugin, database cache and object cache have to be disabled in it so form can work with every browser.

    Thanks for figuring it out.

I asked the WP session author if there is a way around this without having to change settings
