Can i Change the email from which email will be sent!

I have contact form on website:
https://gautamnassociates.com/contact-us-2/It is not working, but when i contacted to host about the issue and told him to enable mail function.
but he gave me some other modifying query:
“Due to recent spam attacks originating from our servers, we are enforcing the check on the from address that can be used to send the emails through mail scripts. The from address has to be [email protected]. For example, your from address that you need to use in the script is @domain name or donotreply@domain name, or any other email address with domain name.”What i am understanding from this is i might need to change from address of email or address from which email to be sent!
Please help! I am not able to find any option which could solve this!
