can't download maxmind Database

    If I try to install maxmind Database after the latest update of statcomm today, I get the following error (on different wp installations):

    2013-02-25 11:27:47 AM – Preparing a first time install of the Maxmind GeoLiteCity database
    2013-02-25 11:27:47 AM – PHP Memory Limit is 256M, increasing is not needed.
    2013-02-25 11:27:47 AM – GeoliteCity size is about 10 MB.
    2013-02-25 11:27:47 AM – The download time depends on your server download speed.
    2013-02-25 11:27:47 AM – A timeout can happen if the download takes more than 2 minutes.
    2013-02-25 11:27:47 AM – Getting file from server…
    2013-02-25 11:27:48 AM – Client error when retrieving file:(403) – Forbidden

    Is there a prob with the download or the file?

    403 means your IP is temporarily banned to download the Maxmind file.
    This is a limitation imposed from the Maxmind central repository to avoid excessive bandwidth consumption and it is independent of Statcomm plugin.

    Please try later in a few hours.
