category image – uploads all in one container

    I have 24 categories and from today all category images area bundled together in small icons in each of the 24 gallery containers. After deleting category images and re-uploading one only in one of the categories, it shows in all 24 gallery containers and all link to the same category.
    Not sure what happened here. Have spent a few hours on this already.
    Anyone who can help? Have looked at the files for category image ii but am not sure where to look for the answer.

    Using server cache? W3 Total Cache? WP Super Cache? Such would explain it…
