Seems it may be hung. Try stopping it and run it again.

I’ve done that several times. It always ramps up to 40%, then starts UL files, soon gets to 99% and stays there forever

If you just have a free drop box account you only get 2GB of storage. Do you have more than 2GB free on drop box?

Do you know what file it is getting suck on?

It’s not the same file. I keep seeing similar filenames but since wp makes 5 thumb sizes I can’t say for sure. I have 8G free now.

OK I can confirm now that it is redoing the same files.

    I got today 24th Feb

06:50:36: A fatal error occured: The backup is having trouble uploading files to Dropbox, it has failed 10 times and is aborting the backup.
06:50:36: Error uploading '.....file-600x458.jpg' to Dropbox: Error Processing Request: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to api-content.dropbox.com:443

I went into DB. The said file is there, dated 22nd Feb.

This is the case with several other files. The whole folder is uploaded some 22nd Feb but most re-done today.

I have a 2GB file size, it take 6-8 hours (first time). After it make first backup, then it will take 1-3 hours ( I guess it depend of the updated file size).

    09:02:22: Approximately 99% complete.
09:02:21: Error uploading '/.jpg' to Dropbox: Host: rpc.dropbox.com:443, FE: None, X-Dropbox-RequestId: None, X-Dropbox-App-Error: None, Service Unavailable
09:00:36: Approximately 99% complete. View uploaded files?

Lately it’s this every day. Still never finished once, but always gets here. I start it again, it goes until it dies.

And today it decided to UL wp-includes/query.php.
It hasn’t changed. It’s been UL probably 20 times now.

Is there a way to ignore a certain file?

Yes there is, just select it in the exclude files widget in the settings.
