Moving blog from one domain to another

Hi guys, I have a wordpress blog on domain x but I need to move it to domain y. Both domains are hosted on the same server

From location https://www.domainX.com/
TO location: https://www.domainY.com/
does anyone have any advise? How hard is this to acheive?
