Suffusion Sub-header Color won't over-ride in Options area

I had this working before where I was able to change the color for the sub-header (description) in the Suffusion theme.
I went to try another color and it stays the same as the Title.

I do have it set to Custom styles under Header in the Skinning option area. I keep saving the color and refreshing the page and even re-booted my computer, but it won’t change.

I then tried changing the title color and the sub title changed along with it to the same color although it is set to the other color.

I do not know why it is not working. I have the same settings as before. My site isn’t ready yet. Hope someone can help.
