Compatibility with Multiple Post Thumbnails plugin

When i installing multiple post thumbnails plugin i can’t use your plugin to crop thumbs for thumbnails created through this plugin. Now i clearly explained?

I am sorry, the two plugins may not work together.
My plugin is only for use with the default thumbnail-functionality.

It may also not corporate with plugins that add additional image-sizes dynamically.
